Inspired by the A.A Milne Classic

Winnie the Pooh Garden Sculpture Range

We’re thrilled to present our Winnie the Pooh sculpture range inspired by the classic A.A. Milne book series. A famous bear and two of his closest friends, one decidedly more human than the other, ready and waiting to become part of your garden story…

From Hundred Acre Wood to Your Garden

Readers were first introduced to this charming ensemble of animal friends in A.A. Milne’s children’s poetry book, When We Were Very Young, in 1924. On the back of the success of the publication, a complete volume of stories was released: Winnie-the-Pooh, in 1926, with a sequel, The House at Pooh Corner, following quickly in 1928.

Consisting of ten loosely connected stories, given substance and form through Milne’s charming, warm-hearted prose and the delightful illustrations of Ernest H. Shepard, the original book describes the adventures of Winnie the Pooh, a curious bear living in Hundred Acre Wood with his friends Piglet, Rabbit, Eeyore, Roo, Owl and Christopher Robin (with Tigger making his first appearance in The House at Pooh Corner!)

Telling universal tales of friendship, folly, and the innocence of youth, it’s a book that continues to resonate with readers of all ages nearly a full century after its first publication. Featuring iconic, instantly familiar characters that have become perfect subjects for our stunning garden sculpture range. We hope you enjoy looking through our collection and feel inspired by this beloved children’s book and its many wonderful characters.

Winnie the pooh garden sculpture

A PERFECT GIFT FOR LITERARY LOVERS

Winnie the Pooh Garden Sculpture

Winnie the Pooh is often depicted as a slow-witted bear, which very well might be true, but he certainly has his moments of inspiration and ingenuity. Whether he’s riding an umbrella to rescue his friend Piglet from a flood or inventing the game of Poohsticks (more on that later!) there’s more substance to Pooh’s makeup than meets the eye!

Warm, friendly, a talented poet, with a penchant for thick glooping hunny, Pooh is the heart of A.A. Milne’s classic book series. We’re delighted to give life to this beloved character in this handmade bronze Winnie the Pooh garden sculpture. Whether it finds a home amongst the flower beds or positioned proudly on your outdoor decking, it’s a flourish of storybook magic that can be enjoyed for generations.

Piglet garden sculpture

From the imagination of a.a Milne

Piglet Garden Sculpture

Like the majority of the characters from A.A. Milne’s famous books, Piglet is based on one of the real Christopher Robin’s favourite stuffed animals. Self-described as a ‘very small animal’, which he suggests makes the task of being brave difficult, Piglet more than makes up for it with loyalty and kindness towards his friends. If Pooh is the heart of the story, then Piglet could very well be its conscience!

This beautiful bronze Piglet garden sculpture captures the original colour illustrations of Ernest H. Shepard's illustrations; complete with his familiar green jumper and charming miniature features. A lover of ‘haycorns’ and flowers, this stunning outdoor feature will look right at home amongst the natural beauty of your garden.

Christopher Robin garden sculpture

From storybook to garden

Christopher Robin Garden Sculpture

Christopher Robin, named after A.A. Milne’s son of the same name, is the only human character that features in the book series. Alongside Piglet, Christopher is Pooh’s closest companion, one who buoys each adventure with his warm, cheerful and compassionate personality. Both literally and figuratively, the animals of Hundred Acre Wood look up to their human ally; as he often imparts wisdom belying his younger years.

Representing the joys and innocence of childhood, this Christopher Robin bronze garden sculpture is a much-loved addition to our collection. Strolling care-free, with an apple in his hand, at one with nature, Christopher Robin would be a most welcome feature in your garden space.

Christopher Robin Water Feature

We’re hugely proud of our Christopher Robin bronze water feature, which won’t fail to add a touch of literary charm to a garden setting. On a particularly fine spring afternoon, there really is no more calming experience than hearing the soft trickle of water, gently running off Christopher’s umbrella and into the pool below.

An exquisite handmade Christopher Robin bronze water feature that truly captures the cheerful existence of a young boy, happy as can be, dallying in a good old-fashioned British downpour! A perfect gift for book lovers, this could be the garden centrepiece you've been looking for.

The Poohsticks Bridge

Poohsticks is a made-up game, invented by the English author A.A. Milne for his son Christopher Robin Milne. The game, a stunningly simple pastime which requires only some sticks, a bridge, and a stream or river, was first popularised in Milne's 1928 book The House at Pooh Corner.

If there was a garden feature that represented the essence of pure nostalgia, then it’s our glorious Poohstick Bridge display which is now available to purchase on request. Featuring three fast friends, Christopher, Winnie the Pooh, and Piglet, as they watch their sticks float downstream, this classic storybook scene has been brought to life in stunning bronze.
